Responsibilities
- Support the Kitchen Manager in training the kitchen brigade to ensure a well organised and motivated team.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and stock procedures.
- Support brand standards through training and assessment of the kitchen team.
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to food and beverage revenue.
- Apply knowledge of activities in other departments and understand their implications.
Qualifications
- Experienced chef seeking a step up to a supervisory role.
- Creative approach to food.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
