£22,000 to £28,000 dependant upon experience + benefits package JOB DESCRIPTION

A leading insolvency practice in Edinburgh is looking for a motivated Junior Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in the insolvency sector to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
  • Support senior team members with case progression and ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and other professionals
  • Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to further your knowledge and skills within the insolvency sector

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in insolvency administration
  • Strong understanding of insolvency processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Desire to pursue further qualifications in insolvency (e.g., CPI) is an advantage
