Scottish Government is seeking an HR Policy Officer to join the People Directorate, based in Edinburgh. The role focuses on developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring organisational compliance and supporting governance and service improvement.

You will provide professional policy advice, undertake research, manage policy enquiries and contribute to cross team governance activities. The team includes multiple HR policy professionals and works closely with stakeholders across SG and sponsor
