Highland Residential is seeking a dedicated Factoring Officer to provide residential factoring and communal areas service to private owners, clients and residents’ committees. The role combines office, remote work, and site visits across the Highlands.

The ideal candidate has factoring or property management experience, a relevant qualification, and strong financial analysis skills. A hybrid working model and a supportive team environment are offered.
