Job Description

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone across demand planning, supply chain, and global logistics. You’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO to build scalable systems in a fast-growing, founder-led business.

You will coordinate inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-efficient processes while maintaining strong data-informed decision making.
