Hybrid Employee Relations Case Worker 9-Month Contract

Job Description

Six Company is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Worker to join our HR Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

You will own a varied caseload across our hospitality business, manage investigations, disciplinary matters and grievances from referral to conclusion, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to managers.
