Job Description

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to handle payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies across the organization. You will guide employees and managers on work-related issues and contribute to compensation goals and workforce planning.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years HR experience, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
