Job Description

Lothian Buses Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence change and drive progressive HR practices across 2,500+ colleagues.

The role involves working with depot teams, travelling to sites, and delivering strategic HR initiatives aligned to our 2026 objectives. You will lead employee relations, design HR strategies for learning, wellbeing and retention, and foster an inclusive culture while partnering with operations and engineering teams.
