A family-owned international agricultural business is seeking an HR Advisor to provide operational support and advice on HR best practices. This role requires a CIPD Chartered membership or HR Diploma and offers a hybrid working model along with the opportunity to influence HR strategy across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience in handling complex employee relations issues, and a good understanding of employment law. The position is permanently based in Scotland with occasional travel required.
