Job Description
We re looking for a confident and proactive HR Adviser to join our client s team based in Lanarkshire.
This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site, with regular travel throughout central Scotland. A full UK driving licence is required, though a vehicle can be provided. You ll work closely with operational managers and site teams to foster a strong people-first culture and promote best practice across all areas of HR.
The Role:
As HR Adviser, you ll play a key role in delivering practical, hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions, including:

Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence cases

Supporting managers with performance and capability concerns

Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities

Assisting in the development and rollout of HR policies

Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal procedures

Taking part in key HR projects across the organisation
What We re Looking For:

Experience in a similar HR advisory role

Solid understanding of UK employment legislation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland
