Job Description

We re looking for a confident and proactive HR Adviser to join our client s team based in Lanarkshire.

This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site, with regular travel throughout central Scotland. A full UK driving licence is required, though a vehicle can be provided. You ll work closely with operational managers and site teams to foster a strong people-first culture and promote best practice across all areas of HR.

The Role:

As HR Adviser, you ll play a key role in delivering practical, hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence cases

  • Supporting managers with performance and capability concerns

  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities

  • Assisting in the development and rollout of HR policies

  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal procedures

  • Taking part in key HR projects across the organisation

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar HR advisory role

  • Solid understanding of UK employment legislation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland
