Hotel General Manager – Lead Impactful Operations

Job Description

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for Mercure Dumfries, a government-contract hotel. You will oversee every aspect of operations, drive safety, compliance and guest service, and lead a passionate team to meet contractual and financial targets.

You will build strong relationships with government partners and local stakeholders, develop people, and position the hotel for a return to full commercial trading. A UK driving licence is desirable.
