Head Chef: Lead Nourishing Menus & Catering Team

Job Description

Marie Curie Edinburgh Hospice is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the catering team and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that bring comfort and dignity to patients, families and staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop diverse menus and ensure dietary and allergen requirements are met.

You will manage a team, enforce food safety standards (HACCP, COSHH, Natasha’s Law), and handle budgeting, procurement and supplier relationships to deliver a cost-effective service.
