Job Description

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well established 4 full service hotel in Scotland. You will own hotel performance across Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Leisure, driving guest satisfaction and commercial results.

You will lead a hands on, guest facing team, set strategy, manage budgets and costs, and build local business relationships to grow revenue. This permanent role offers a competitive package with a strong bonus potential.
