Job Description

Recruiting for a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to work alongside the kitchen team to contribute to the daily kitchen activities, including aiding with menu preparation and ensuring food quality and freshness.

Qualifications

  • Have at least two years experience in a CDP position.
  • Ideally living in Scotland.
  • Are dedicated and passionate about food, with an interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce a plus.
  • Ready to get started.
