We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate to join the Bute reablement/community team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work within an integrated care team alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Community Nurses. This post offers a wide range of clinical experiences, requiring an ability to work under pressure, adaptability and common sense.
Previous experience of a reablement approach to care , delivery of personal support, venepuncture and simple wound care is desirable, but training is available if required.
It is essential that you have a full UK Driving Licence, have excellent organisational and IT skills and an ability to prioritise a varied workload.
This is a permanent part-time post of 28.8 hours per week working as per service requirements. The hours the team covers is across 7 days and includes weekend, Bank Holiday working and late shifts up until 20:00 hours.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.
