Job Description

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) invites applications for the newly created role of Executive Director: People and Culture. You will shape strategy, lead organisational design, and foster a culture aligned with service, excellence and respect.

As a core member of the Executive Team, you will advise the Chief Executive and People Committee, lead the People and Culture functions, and drive reforms to improve workforce capability and collaboration.
