About the Role

  • Design and develop seasonal, innovative menus that highlight regional ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with local suppliers, championing the use of fresh, regional produce including fish and locally farmed meats.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding quality and unforgettable dining experiences for all guests.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Play a key role in shaping and enhancing the reputation of this exciting new hospitality destination.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent stock management and cost control abilities.
  • Calm under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with suppliers and team members.
