Job Title:Graduate Trainee Development Officer
Contract: Fixed Term for2 yeartraineeship
Location: This post is based at Link’s Falkirk office. However, hybrid working is available with this role followingan initialprobationary period.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week; Monday – Friday
The Role
Curbis one of Link Group’s award winningsubsidiaries and delivers its affordable housing programme, which has one of the largest development programmes in Scotland. Curb is looking to recruit a graduate apprentice who can contribute to the delivery of a diverse programme of housing across all tenures. Our ambitions are high, targeting c1800 completions over the next five years and have a similarly high expectation of excellence in delivery.
We are looking to provide a candidate with an excellent opportunity to train and gain knowledge and experience of the Development Officer role. You will be involved in the delivery of an extensive development programme through the pre and post contract stages.
Link will provide all training both internal and external and you will be assigned a mentor throughout the 2 year traineeship.

About You
This role requires you to be educated to degree level, and have confident computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both oral and written as well as strong planning and interpersonal skills. The successful postholder will have a good standard of numeracy skills and will be flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure. You will have the ability to produce accurate reports, and maintain a strong commitment to the principles of excellent customer service.
This role requires a full UK driving license and to have access to a vehicle.
