Governance & Business Support Manager Salary: £49,694 – £53,745 per annum Location: Flexible (Glasgow, Edinburgh or Wishaw)/ Blended (hybrid) Job type: Permanent, 35 hours Job Ref: ID419-0806 Closing Date: Friday 7th June 2024 Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Governance & Business Support Manager, with a strong customer focus and commitment to excellent service. As Company Secretary the postholder will deliver excellent governance across the organisation as well as acting as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive’s office, and leading the Business Support team. The postholder will act as the principal governance advisor to Trust (and it’s subsidiaries) Boards and Committees as well as the wider organisation, ensuring Trust (and it’s subsidiaries) operate in line with best practice, whilst meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements. This role is for an accomplished governance officer or manager – someone who is used to making a difference, enjoys a challenge, and welcomes the opportunity to contribute widely.
