Wordsmith is hiring a Global Office & Facilities Manager to own our offices and workplace operations across Edinburgh, London, and New York. You’ll ensure spaces run smoothly, feel high quality, and support a high-performance, office-first culture.

This hands-on role requires driving day-to-day facilities, vendor management, launches, and scalable systems. Edinburgh is base, with travel to launch and support our other sites as we grow.
