Global Employment Relations & Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Lumine Group is seeking an Employment Relations Governance & Compliance Specialist (UK, EU) to serve as a subject-matter expert on employment and labour relations across Lumine’s global portfolio. This role supports the SVP, Head of HR in due diligence, disputes, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

The role involves drafting and preparing documentation to support the employer’s position, updating contracts globally, and contributing to post-close HR integration.
