Job Description

Coda Octopus Group, Inc. is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the global finance function and partner with the CEO on growth strategy. This hands-on role requires broad accounting expertise, board-level presence, and willingness to engage in detail across US and UK operations.

The CFO will drive investor relations, capital allocation, SEC reporting, and M&A activity while strengthening controls and governance in a lean, international group. Extensive travel is expected.
