Key Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic gas servicing and safety checks
- Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns
- Achieve first-time fix targets wherever possible
- Work safely in occupied residential properties
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid ACS gas qualifications
- Experience with domestic servicing and breakdown work
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
