CAD Technician
Glasgow
First People Solutions is working with a successful Consulting Engineer in Glasgow who is looking for CAD Technicians to join their growing design team. Our client engages in a wide range of interesting and varied work within the domestic and commercial sectors, including building renovations, alterations, and housing development.

The Job:
- Prepare and produce structural drawings and documents while assuring accuracy and quality
- Liaise with engineers and designers
- The ideal candidate will have strong design abilities, knowledge of current building regulations, and experience liaising with clients.
What we need from you:
- 2 years of experience within a UK design engineering environment
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience working on domestic projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Clean drivers’ licence
