Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland at Pitmedden Garden seeks a Visitor Service Assistant – Food & Beverage to warmly welcome visitors and help generate income for NT properties. You will assist with tearoom operations, maximise sales through excellent service and product knowledge, and ensure high standards of presentation and behind-the-scenes processes.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling cash and POS, answering questions about catering and deals, and promoting NT Scotland
