What you’ll do
- Train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well
- Opening shifts start 0600
- Closing shifts finish 2030 (2130 December & Ramadan)
Who you are
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Energetic, positive and confident leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
- Available to work some weekend, opening and closing shifts
