Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Learning Manager to lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist, owning end-to-end associate and leader training at site. You will collaborate with senior leaders and the EU teams to deploy scalable training programs in a fast-moving fulfilment centre.

The role requires strong experience in learning design, program management, and leadership coaching, with a focus on delivering high-quality safety and process training to support rapid growth.
