No two nights are ever the same, sometimes you’re handling bookings and calls, other times you’re supporting across departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. Whatever the task, you approach it with warmth, efficiency, and care. As a Night Guest Service Team Member, you’re not just working behind the scenes, you’re creating comfort, safety, and those thoughtful touches that guests will remember long after they leave.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
As the friendly face of the hotel at night, you’ll play a key role in making sure our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and safe. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A warm, approachable personality that helps guests feel at ease the moment they arrive.
- Confidence in handling late check ins, guest requests, and those unexpected “night time” moments with calm and professionalism.
- Great communication skills, with a knack for sharing local tips and hotel know-how to make each stay extra special.
- Flexibility to support across departments when needed, whether that’s helping with light cleaning, preparing simple food & drink, or liaising with housekeeping.
- A strong sense of responsibility, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and restful night.
