FM Helpdesk Operator
Location: Edinburgh, Loanhead
Confero Recruitment Group is recruiting an FM Helpdesk Operator on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual to join a busy Facilities Management team.
As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you will coordinate reactive and planned works, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log maintenance requests.
- Raise and allocate work orders to engineers and contractors.
- Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records within the CAFM system.
- Support the scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works.
- Escalate urgent issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities management environment.
- Experience using CAFM or service management systems.
- Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
