Role Overview

Your purpose is to engage members, ensuring a world class experience on every visit. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, leading inductions, teaching engaging group classes and more.

Responsibilities

  • Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
  • Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
  • Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
  • Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
  • Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
  • Conduct club standards checks ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed.
  • Maintain highest cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain brand standards, ensure safety and compliance with health and safety.
  • Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
  • Operate and comply safely and legally at all times.
  • Show strong management and consideration of energy/environmental issues and waste management.
  • Analyze and present key data to support new ideas/initiatives/developments.
