The organisation are market leaders in project and property managementand looking to attract an experienced Qualified Accounting professional with strong people management and a background instatutory & management accounting.

Your new role
In your new role, you will join a large finance teamof qualified and part-qualified professionals. Your new role will see youprepare statutory accounts in preparation for year-end as well as liaising withmultiple key stakeholders across the business for reporting and budgetingneeds. You will manage a small team of finance specialists as well as present to stakeholders throughout the year.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role you must be aqualified ICAS / ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified professional with a proven trackrecord of meeting deadlines and managing a team. You must be an effective team player and be ableto work independently. You will be proactive in your approach to identifyingand implementing process improvements and have strong analytical skills.
