Responsibilities
- Install fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) services, including external cabling, soft excavations, and overhead work.
- Carry out small trenching and routing activities within customer properties and gardens.
- Complete internal cabling and fit customer equipment (CPE).
- Test and activate services, ensuring customers are fully supported and trained on usage.
- Liaise directly with customers to agree routing and provide excellent service.
- Promote positive customer experiences and highlight potential leads from the field.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Skills / Must have
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with manual outdoor work and working at heights.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel and overnight stays.
- Disclosure/background check required due to home visits.
