Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Facilities Technician on a fixed-term basis until 28 February 2027. Based at Leith Academy, salary £27,257-£29,850 with 36 hours per week and 52 weeks, offering early, middle, or back shifts.

You’ll deliver janitorial and FM services, helping keep council buildings safe and well-kept for staff and learners. The post emphasises development, PVG checks, flexible hours from 10 to 36 hours, and a strong pension and benefits package.
