Roberts Webb Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to manage employee relations complex cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys advising and coaching managers on employee relations topics.

The role includes responsibilities for managing your own cases, guiding managers through various complex employee matters with a hybrid working environment-2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of UK employment law.
