Job Description

Ofcom is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser reporting to the Employee Relations Manager. You will provide empathetic, factual, high quality support to colleagues, line managers and directors on employee relations matters, with a focus on service excellence and risk.

You will coach leaders, maintain and develop progressive policies, and collaborate with Prospect Union, Colleague Forum, and PC&W teams to foster a Great Place to Work at Ofcom.
