Job Description

Babcock is seeking an Emerging Talent Advisor based in Rosyth, near Dunfermline, Fife. You’ll develop the next generation of talent across graduate and apprenticeship programmes, supporting a dedicated caseload and coordinating recruitment activities.

In this full-time role, you’ll work 36 hours a week with hybrid patterns, partnering with line managers and training providers to monitor progress and deliver outreach initiatives that promote engineering careers in defence and aerospace.
