Electronics Workshop Leader – Drive Quality & Delivery

Job Description

Bright Purple in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Electronics Workshop Manager to lead the workshop across new build assembly, service, repair, calibration, and QA, reporting to the Manufacturing & Servicing Manager. You will own the workshop, drive safety, compliance, and efficiency, develop people and processes, manage budgets and KPIs, and coordinate activity across assembly, test, QC and calibration.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people skills and a practical approach
