The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical systems within the building, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the highest standards.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Carrying out scheduled preventative electrical maintenance and responding to faults
- Performing minor works across basic mechanical and fabric systems
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety policies and site protocols
- This is a static role, based solely on-site in Edinburgh. No travel between sites is required.
What You ll Need
- Recognised Level 3 Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds 2365, 2357, or equivalent NVQ)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or FM environments
- Ability to work within a shift-based team and maintain high service standards
- Additional accreditations (JIB, IPAF, PASMA) are advantageous but not essential.

- £40,000 £42,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday split shift pattern – 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am
