Rapport is recruiting Corporate Mobile Receptionists who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors.

The Corporate Mobile Receptionist position is a unique role that requires flexibility in terms of travel across Scotland and Newcastle to support our other teams. This is part of our Network Team, the heartbeat of Rapport. If you enjoy variety and new learning every day, this could be the role for you!
Contract & Location
Type of contract: Permanent, Full time.
Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Newcastle and other locations across Scotland.
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7AM-7PM with flexibility as per business needs).
Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays.

Main Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
- Meet, greet and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
- Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms.

- Be a self starter with experience in a customer facing role (customer service skills are essential).
- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
