Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers and branches by ensuring accurate order picking, on time delivery and polite, professional face to face customer interaction. This role involves supporting within the warehouse in quiet periods, but mainly completing multi drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.

Responsibilities

Work a Monday Friday, 07 00 shift pattern at the Edinburgh Hub. Deliver goods on multiple routes, pick orders accurately, and maintain a professional approach in all customer and colleague interactions.

Qualifications

  • Driving: Valid UK driver’s licence for 12+ months, no more than 3 points and over 21 years of age.
  • Experience: Proven multi drop delivery and basic warehouse experience.
  • Communication: Excellent conversational skills to enhance customer service and engagement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to change duties as needed to support business requirements.
  • Behaviour: Collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
