JOB DESCRIPTION
Dispensing Operator
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- Individual contributor role aligned with the Capabilities and Behaviours in the Abbott Dundee Employee Handbook.
- Within the Dispensing Environment, responsible for safely ensuring the on time delivery of dispensed/labelled product that meets best practices, quality standards, and the Operations Master Schedule expectations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct all activities in accordance with Abbott Dundee Health & Safety culture.
- Accurately follow instructions (e.g., SOPs/DBRs) to ensure product is produced in line with quality instructions.
- Complete quality documentation as per GMP requirements.
- Participate positively in training and self development.
- Operate Dispensing equipment.
- Actively seek out and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
REQUIREMENTS

- Flexibility to react to changing business goals and manage workload positively.
- Effective communication with a wide audience; self directed, motivated, and results oriented.
- Attend meetings as required and make meaningful contributions.

- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
BACKGROUND
- Knowledge of GMP processes and procedures.
- Natural proficiency in English and Maths, or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
