Job Description

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own GTM systems end-to-end, from architecture to execution. You will lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with SDR, AE and AM functions to accelerate revenue.

You will design and build in Clay, shape the orchestration layer, and develop AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work. A strong blend of technical depth and commercial acumen is essential.
