Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional to provide technical input and frontline desktop support across the organisation’s IT systems. The role includes handling service requests, coordinating with users and external partners, and ensuring service levels are met.

Applicants should have a degree in an IT discipline, experience in desktop support, and ideally familiarity with health service environments and on call duties.
