HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to uphold high standards of care, with responsibility in the Home Manager’s absence and supervision of staff. You will need a valid NMC PIN, knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code, and experience in person-centred care planning in a care home.

You will be a strong mentor, capable of time management and maintaining meaningful records, while demonstrating kindness, empathy and respect for residents and colleagues alike.
