Randstad Care in Castle Douglas is seeking a Deputy Care Manager to support the Home Manager in daily operations of a children’s residential home. You will help create a warm, supportive environment and oversee care practices to build trust and improve lives.

Requirements include HNC or SVQ4 in Health and Social Care, Childcare and Education, a full UK driving license, and previous management experience in social care.
