Office based in Livingstone

We are recruiting for a rapidly growing company in Livingstone who are looking to add to their vibrant customer service department! This is a small but mighty team who work in a family-feel environment.

What will you be doing?
Managing a customer service inbox and responding to emails
Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
Helping customers to process orders online
Chasing up deliveries and processing refunds
Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve issues
Responding to reviews on Trustpilot

What do you need?
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Showing empathy and understanding
Excellent communication verbal and written
Resilient and able to bounce back!
Strong IT skills and able to use multiple systems
Problem solving and able to prioritise work load
