Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm, 40 hours per week
Overview
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Resident Services Advisor (RSA) to support the team at Huxley Studios, a student accommodation development in Edinburgh.
This is a 4-week temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday. You will be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the property.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors
- Deal with resident enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email
- Assist with general reception and administrative duties
- Manage incoming enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
- Support residents with day-to-day queries and issues
- Liaise with maintenance and other site teams where required
- Assist with parcel and post management
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Help ensure communal and reception areas are presented to a high standard
- Support the wider site team during busy periods
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service, reception, hospitality or student accommodation experience
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using email and computer-based systems
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
