OKA is seeking an agile CRM Assistant to join our marketing team in the UK. You will help drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through multichannel CRM programmes.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will manage email/SMS campaigns, develop automated journeys and support analytics and reporting. A passion for CRM, detail-oriented work and a proactive mindset are essential.
