Film-Ocean is a specialist subsea ROV and inspection services company, part of the international STAPEM Group, delivering high-quality subsea services to clients around the world. Based at our headquarters in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, we’re looking for a talented Crewing Coordinator to join our onshore team on a full-time, permanent basis, with the flexibility to choose hybrid working.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping people and projects moving – coordinating crew assignments, supporting personnel logistics, and helping our operations run smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing
Crew Planning and Logistics
- Supporting the project team with crew planning and all personnel logistics relating to crew assignments
- Coordinating all aspects of personnel mobilisation and demobilisation
- Working closely with HR and Operations to ensure crewing needs are met successfully
- Assisting with other tasks to keep the crewing function running smoothly and efficiently

What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in a crewing role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Right to work in the UK
- Knowledge of the ROV industry
