Job Description

The University of Strathclyde seeks a talented and energetic Sous Chef to join our busy campus Kitchen team in Glasgow. You will lead a Kitchen team, inspiring colleagues to deliver delicious, healthy, sustainable and affordable food for students, staff, delegates and visitors.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll deputise in their absence, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure full compliance with health and safety.
